Journal Tag MondayWhat was Jesus doing today?

Nisan 12

(Luke 22:1-6) . . .Now the festival of the unfermented cakes, the so-called Passover, was getting near. 2 Also, the chief priests and the scribes were seeking the effective way for them to get rid of him, for they were in fear of the people. 3 But Satan entered into Judas, the one called Is·car′i·ot, who was numbered among the twelve; 4 and he went off and talked with the chief priests and [temple] captains about the effective way to betray him to them. 5 Well, they rejoiced and agreed to give him silver money. 6 So he consented, and he began to seek a good opportunity to betray him to them without a crowd around.

(Mark 14:1, 2) . . .Now the passover and the [festival of] unfermented cakes was two days later. And the chief priests and the scribes were seeking how to seize him by crafty device and kill him; 2 for they repeatedly said: “Not at the festival; perhaps there might be an uproar of the people.”

Thanks a million to all the kind souls who alerted me to the “Out of Bandwidth” problem with Box. Their download limit is 10 GB per month so I never thought I’d have this problem! All links on my current Front Page have been updated to 4Shared. Any further problems, just shout!

I’ll be doing another Special Folder with all of the full size Flower Stamps that will appear over the next 8 days. Same as before, if you would like to have this file, leave a comment or send me an email and I’ll send you the Download details.

To be fair, comments about being “Out of Bandwidth” don’t qualify. Just so there’s no confusion, misunderstandings or hurt feelings 🙂

So glad to have found your beautiful creations and extra excited to find the beautiful elements about Our Heavenly Father. I would love to get the floral stamps and anything else you may want to share with me. I have been looking for anything I could digi scrap with that actually has to do with Jesus and the celebration of Resurrection Day, since the day is really about Jesus and has nothing to do with the pagan rabbit idol/god (Easter Bunny) of an ancient middle eastern cult , whose name is where we get the word “Easter”, or the cult’s spring fertility ritual in which a child was sacrificed to the god/rabbit and each family in the pagan community would bring an egg (Easter Eggs) to dip their egg into the blood of the dead child (dipping Easter Eggs into food coloring) and then returning to their homes to bury the egg (Hidden Eggs/Egg Hunt) in their family’s food plot/land to ensure the land would be fertile for the next growing season.

The Passover story and the Passover meal pointed to Jesus who would come and rescue all of us from the bondage/slavery to sin and death. Jesus fufilled the meaning of both Passover and the meaning behind each food on the sader plate.

I can’t wait to see your other beautiful faithbooking items.Thank you!
