It’s Springtime again. Time to brush off the cobwebs and see if I still know how this poor neglected little blog works. After a very unusual Winter here in Ireland, lots of storms and flooding, the daffodils are blooming in gardens and roadsides, and birds are singing in the mornings. This weekend the clocks change and suddenly there’ll be a lot more “day”. And Memorial Season begins. The invitations to join in the  observance of The Lord’s Evening Meal are being extended, starting from today. So with just over three weeks to go, if you’d like to start making plans to attend you’ll find your nearest venue by clicking the link above. As usual I’ll share lots more info over the next while.

I’ll also be packaging up lots of digi goodies that I’ve been working on, starting with these Watercolour Butterflies. I saw these cute butterfly cutouts in real watercolour paper in a craft shop some time ago and had a little play with some watercolour paint I had left over from a painting I attempted. (I’m really not very good. Sadly) I have a plan to use the originals on a Mixed Media canvas but the digi ones I hope you can find a use for in some pretty project. Add some bling. Maybe some antennae. And a really nice, custom shadow.

Very pretty butterflies. Spring is getting off to a slow start on this side of the “Big Pond” – one day pleasant, next day (like today) cold and blustery. The butterflies are an excellent reminder that spring will truly and finally arrive – God ordained it so! Thanks again for the pretties.

Hi Jayleigh. First again – how DO you do it 🙂 Lovely to hear from you. Spring hasn’t quite made up its mind here either. We had hailstones here and snow in some parts of the country the other day. But at least it’s a start of longer days and hopefully better weather to come.
